Responsibilities:
  • Managing performance metrics in a highly dynamic and fast paced environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • With at least four (4) years work experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Davao City.
  • Preferably Supervisor or 5 years and up experienced employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Must have at least five (5) years experience of which the last three (3) years would be in a supervisory position, preferably in the BPO industry.
  • He/she would have excellent communication skills, high energy levels and manage teams of 15-20 members.
  • Experience in a technical support or customer service environment is essential.
